Festival Director
Oversees the entire festival, including marketing, programming, and overall management.
John Autry ll
Artistic Director
Guides the artistic vision and overall creative direction of the festival, ensuring an engaging and inclusive program.
Rio Allen
Head of Film Programming
Selects films for screening, curates film blocks, and coordinates with filmmakers.
Tyler Turner
Production Manager
Organizes logistics, including schedules, venue setups, and technical requirements, ensuring all elements of the festival run smoothly.
Elijah Chandler
Community Outreach and Partnerships Manager
Builds and maintains relationships with local organizations, sponsors, and community groups. Works on expanding the festival’s reach and securing partnerships for resources and support.
E.K. Henry Lee
Screenwriting Coordinator
Manages script submissions, coordinates workshops and panels focused on writing, and evaluates screenplay entries.
Paul Lehman IV
Film Submission and Curation Manager
Manages the film submission process, including reviewing and organizing submissions. Works closely with the Head of Film Programming to curate the film lineup and ensure a high-quality selection of films.
Austin Lehman
Head of Technical Operations
Oversees all technical aspects of screenings, including audio-visual setup and troubleshooting during the festival.

Film Review Coordinator
Leads the film review committee, ensuring a diverse and fair evaluation process for all film submissions.
Jordan Lewis
Event Coordinator
Manages event planning and logistics, coordinates with vendors, and ensures smooth operation of all festival events.

Director of Diversity and Inclusion
Ensures the festival promotes diversity and inclusivity in collaborative endeavors, panel discussions, and participant engagement.
